Parent workshops

Parent workshops are small, supportive group sessions where caregivers come together to explore children’s behaviour, emotional needs, and relationships in a reflective and practical way. Each session is guided by a therapist and includes structured booklets that help parents make sense of what is happening for their child while developing compassionate, effective responses. These workshops offer a space to learn, share, and build confidence, strengthening the parent-child relationship and supporting emotional well-being at home.

Organisational workshops

Organisational workshops, including parent and professional workshops, are supportive group sessions designed for schools and organisations to deepen understanding of children’s emotional wellbeing and behaviour. They provide a safe space to explore practical strategies, reflect on real life challenges, and build confidence in responding to children’s needs in everyday settings. These sessions are collaborative in nature, encouraging shared thinking between staff or parents, and are tailored to specific needs. The focus is on offering clear, accessible guidance that can be applied immediately in practice, helping to strengthen relationships with children and create more consistent, supportive environments across home or school settings.
